Short Bio
Omar Jaimes Esquivel, known as REW, is a visual artist and curator from Toluca, Mexico. His art encompasses video, installation, illustration, and photography. He holds two bachelor's degrees from the UAEMex Faculty of Arts and a specialization in creative coding for animation and video from CENTRO, CDMX. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Visual Studies. He has worked at the Leopoldo Flores University Museum (MULF_UAEM), and has been a professor at UNITEC. As a curator, his focus is on the relationship of art with new digital media. His work has been featured in various exhibitions and has received significant accolades in the field of digital art.
