Short Bio
Tom Baggs is an artist/publisher who uses computers and photography to create digital abstractions. “My work is the result of chance symmetry illuminated by the tradition of color meditation.” Currently based as an AV systems designer in Jacksonville, Florida; Tom was a tireless promoter of the Cincinnati Arts community and co-curated Computer Art: An Ohio Perspective in 1993 with Jud Yalkut.
