  Oh wow, I just looked at your website and am delighted to see you are also working with light. I want to make things that let people walk around with their own light wearing things that look beautiful whether they are turned on or off.
  Ylem is quiescent. There is a residual website but most of the energy has gone out of the group as people got older and other clubs/associations sprang up with new ideas and ideals. It was a wonderful 25 years; amazing that an art group lasted that long. I have a lot of papers about Ylem and may donate them to some worthy place that would like to hear about art and technology.
  Please keep in touch. I will explore your website more and do more research. Wow!
  I let my son and his family have my house on Hill St and have moved 10 blocks away to a place all on one level with a garden. Still making stuff. Happily I can sell some ancient paintings that I've stored for ages (I'm a revived Bay Area Figurative Painter, newly discovered, though I've been here all along). Haven't been to Siggraph for ages., so glad Jacki Mori got me reconnected with this site.

  Hope you are fine. Nice to hear from you. I'm crocheting e-l wire into jewelry and sculpture and also painting with gouache. What are you doing? (Will google the answer, but would love to hear from you).

  I bet we know a few people then... Tim BInkley, Sonya Shannon, Bruce Wands, etc. I used to visit SVA in the 90s.
