Are there galleries that focus on bio-art? Parts of the world where it is easier to find this type of work? Share what you know or comment with your insights!

FWIW, here is another compilation of a special case of Julia sets from:
Cynthia - I am truly humbled. Thank you so much for taking a look at some of my work! FWIW, the whole object is based on a special case of a Julia set. I created it by stacking slices of 2d renderings on top of each other and using a volumetric viewer (ImageJ) to actually observe the resulting 3d object. When I started viewing this "thing", well, I was completely amazed, and kind of blown away. It looks _highly_ organic, and seems to resemble the inner working of some sort of "alien skull".
Very wierd indeed!
;^o
Chris - what I find interesting about your image is that the parts are just lovely - really textural - and it inspires the viewer to go from fragment to fragment, revealing more about the scientific source material as we journey through the series.
Great image Chris - you can actually add it here by going to "full page" in your portfolio and copying the entire URL:

I am sorry, but one of my links got discombobulated. It seems to be the open and close parenthesis. Anyway, here is a tinyurl link to the same place:
I am wondering what you all think about some work of mine that just happens to look eerily organic. I posted an image here entitled "Alien Anatomy":
