Event Description

Eindhoven, NL: Open Call for light art projects

GLOW NEXT is accepting proposals for new light art works that address the phenomenon of light, use light in a unique and/or innovative way, and fit within the theme ‘PLAYGROUND’. This newly developed artwork must be suitable for outdoors (in all weather conditions) and – obviously – in the dark. The selected project will premier during GLOW NEXT, a major public art, nighttime event in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, from November 9 through November 16, 2013.  The GLOW NEXT artwork will be selected mid-August. We warmly invite creators, artists, engineers and designers to submit light work proposals before August 1, 2013.

We would greatly appreciate you kindly spreading this open call within your network. More detailed information can be found at: http://www.baltanlaboratories.org/docs/010713_press-release_glow-next_open-call-2.pdf
