PixelPops 2013 will take place in New Orleans between September 26 and October 24th, 2013 at The Isaac Delgado Fine Arts Gallery of Delgado Community College City Park Campus, New Orleans, LA.
The gallery is located in an historical portion of the Delgado City Park Campus, on the third floor of Building 1. The gallery serves as a venue for facilitating educational inquiry of the Visual Arts for students and the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan community. The exhibit will be curated by Brenda Hanegan. 2013
THEME: REGENERATION We are seeking digital works dealing with or contemplating the idea, act, or process of bringing something back into being or existence, whether by the formation of new in the scientific sense or replacing what was lost in the environmental sense, through revision, reclamation, regeneration, etc...
Technical Requirements: All submissions should be approx. 6 minutes and should relate to this year's theme. We are only accepting Online Submissions (see link below). Submissions must be in the form of a link to Vimeo, YouTube or another service hosting your film. If accepted, we will ask for a digital file.
