DIGITAL'09: MYSTERIES IN SCIENCE
11th International Digital Print Open Competition/Exhibition
The New York Hall of Science
October 3, 2009 - January 31, 2010
Organized by Art & Science Collaborations

Seeking 2-d digital prints about mysteries or intrigues in science, new inventions and innovations, 2-d thought-experiments, or perhaps fantasies about scientific theories in physics like quantum mechanics and string theory. What intriques you about the questions being asked in the new fields of science like: biomimicry, astrophysics, nanoscience, neurobiology, biomedicine, systems science, and others?

Good News... This year the museum will furnish 18" x 24" frames so that artists will only have to print and send in cardboard tubes, thus saving on this expenses and our carbon footprint!

To foster year-round engagement and dialogue within the digital, electronic, computational and media arts. Facilitate dynamic scholarship and creative programming within the ACM SIGGRAPH organization. Promote collaboration between artists and the larger computer graphics and interactive techniques community.
